How do I develop a good relationship with food?

I’m (16f) weigh 165lbs, I started thinking about losing weight the beginning of this year when I started to notice that most of my jeans weren’t fitting anymore. I took a look in the mirror and didn’t like the body I was in. I started low carb and intermittent fasting, and brought my weight down to 159lbs. I felt great and decided to have a cheat day to reward myself... That cheat day turned into a cheat month, and now I weigh 167lbs. I started binging on food every day, as soon as I have some thing slightly unhealthy it triggers something and I can’t seem to stop eating. I feel so horrible and every morning I wake up and tell myself that I’m going to start eating healthy again but as soon as I see food that’s unhealthy I just lose all control and eat as much as I can until I literally can’t anymore. I don’t know how to stop it, I want to have a good relationship with food, where instead of binging on thousands of calories in one sitting, I want to eat unhealthy food in moderation.
