So I’m 6 foot 155 pounds and honestly I have a muffin top and am skinny fat. I don’t know how to loose it. I eat the same thing for breakfast and lunch every day and use the loose it app and it’s not working. Anyone have any ideas.
Breakfast 1 cup life cereal Lunch 1 cup egg whites 2 pieces of toast with light butter. Dinner is normally like Spanish beef/ chicken and dumplings/ beef stew/ steak. Snacks are cashews/ serving of chips.
Loose it says 1800 Calories a day to loose weight however I’m staying under that but not loosing any fat. I have always heard abs are built in the kitchen well what am I doing wrong.
