Nervous to weigh myself after falling off the wagon

In the last 4 months, I lost 33 pounds. I’m still overweight but I’m just over halfway to my goal weight. I put in a lot of hard work and it’s paid off! However, between a horrible roommate situation, a move across two states, an uncomfortable family situation, and losing all forms of income for the time being, the last three weeks have been stressful. Unfortunately, I returned to old habits and turned to food. I have weighed myself every day since November 1st 2019, but I didn’t weigh myself once in the last three weeks. I’m going to step on the scale tomorrow morning and I’m nervous, but no matter what happens, I’m ready to get back in gear and start up again.
