I have been doing so well lately, slowly losing weight and looking great. I look forward to weighing myself each morning and looking in the mirror, then I woke up this morning with the worst feeling ever. I thought I had gotten super drunk last night and I was hungover this morning. But I had just gotten a takeaway last night...
I feel so terrible, I fought with mysel last night on whether or not to get one and in the end I did and then went to bed, and I just cant get over how bad I feel and how angry I am at myself.
Does anyone have tips to get over this, and to stay stronger next time I get a craving?
