Hi everyone!
I’ve been trying to hard to lose weight since October. I’m a 30 year old female and I need to lose 30-40 pounds. I’m getting married this October so I have to lose it! Anyways, after eating healthy and working out 4x a week I’ve only lost a couple inches in 5 months and the scale hasn’t changed. So far I have my calories at 1500, carbs at 131 protein at 131 and fat at 50. Problem is every macro calculator on the web tells me something totally different. I recently got blood work done to check hormones and vitamin levels and apparently I’m deficient in b12 and D. And a bit low in testosterone. If anyone in here has any advice that will help me I will greatly appreciate it. I’m at a standstill on what to do and getting discourage that I’ll never be able to lose this weight.
