Hi all, I’m kinda new here.. 21f, 5’5, 190lbs as of this morning. I’ve been on yet another attempt to lose weight for about two months. I’ve gone down two pant sizes (down to a 12, I haven’t been there in 6 years๐ฑ๐๐ป) anyways, as of the last few weeks I’ve been maintaining my weight. I’ve been counting calories (a little bit, on and off) and going for a brisk 25-40 minute walk daily. My diet is 90% fresh veggies. I also eat a lot of higher protein foods to try and stay full. I’ve heard good things about intermittent fasting. Does anyone have and suggestions/tips+tricks to really help make this work? I’ve heard the 16/8 is the most popular with fasting, is it more beneficial to eat in the start or the end of the day?
