After some unfortunate family issues I decided to finally drop some extra weight I've been dragging around for a while. I started using MyFitnessPal to track what I'm eating and RunKeeper to log my walks.
I've been dropping steadily, the the past few days I've been slowing and actually increased in weight the last two days, despite coming after particularly long walks the preceding days. I suppose it could just be water weight, but the slowdown and even reversal seems unusual.
Since I'm fairly out of shape I've just been getting out and walking as much as I can. Usually I've been going between 3 - 7 miles. Just yesterday I incorporated running for the first time, doing some intervals before going for a walk. I'm staying between 1,200 - 1,500 consumed calories, before adjusting for exercise. I think this should allow for a steady decrease.
I'd also be happy to add some folks to my digital support group on MyFitnessPal (rmauritz) or RunKeeper (DM me).
