It is still cold where I am and I am really out of shape... i found that I actually enjoy walking the stairs of my apartment complex since it is warm enough to be comfortable, close enough so i can go to my apartment afterwards ( I am a homebody by nature)… it is just challenging enough that I get a nice seat going if I do twenty minutes of it and i feel it on my body. I can listen to music while I do it!
It is something I really enjoy doing! It isn't super intense, I hate intense exercise, but it something I can do and think while doing!
I have decided to up it to thirty minutes a day! I plan on moving into town in May where there are more places and landmarks to walk, which will be nice now that summer is coming! I think there is a YMCA and pool in town so that will be helpful as well since I love to swim!
So I ask is this a good idea and is this feasible? Do you think I will get into shape doing this? I think I can stick with it!I hope I can!
