Hey all. I've been lurking on this page for a while, but I've never spoken up.
I was always a tiny, healthy kid... Martial arts and the associated fitness requirements helped a lot. However, after a few injuries, college, and a serious illness or two (not to mention a sedentary job at a wonderful company with a food-centric environment and culture) and I am a 5'3" male who weighs over 200 pounds.
I've finally had enough, so I recently joined WW. I recieved my 10 pounds down badge the other day, and I am so happy to have found something manageable for me.
So, I guess I'm just appreciative that I've had everyone's posts here to encourage me! Thanks all, and wish me luck!
