Hello! 25, F, 175lbs
I work out 3-4X a week and I was eating 1600 calories a day... I have now lowered it to 1400, as approved by my trainer. Due to recent virus events I’m trying to do 3 steady workouts (interval sprints and body weight exercises) at home.
I currently cannot seem to lose weight. I stick to 80/20 and I do intermittent fasting (18;6 or 16;8 just depending on the day). It is just sticking on me and I’m starting to get to the point where I’m just about to give up. I went for blood work and asked my doctor to test EVERYTHING. Still have to hear back from him.
What are your tips and tricks to jump start what appears to be a serious sticky plateau?
