Need your help, people!

Hey people! I am 19 y/o, 185cm big, and weigh about 108 kg.

Exactly a week ago, I started turning my live around. I got a gym subscription and started to eat better. I'm a student btw, so I ate mostly pizza, burgers, fast food etc and drank a bottle of coke (1,5 litres) about every day.

Now I only drink water, sometimes a gfuel and one or two whey protein shakes a day. And I try to stay below 2000kcal with fresh food which I make in a kind of mealprep fashion. Since my sleep schedule is kind of destroyed, I mostly wake up at about 1-2 pm and go to sleep at 4-6 am. After waking up I drink a 300ml Whey Shake, maybe eat something small but I don't really feel hungry. Between 8 and 9 pm I eat a real meal, like chicken breast with potatoes and carrots for example. And before going to bed, I drink another whey shake.

Now to my problem. When eating at 8-9pm I start to feel really hungry at about 1 am again. The thing is, most of the time, its not the same hunger as the hunger I'd get, if I wouldn't eat in a long time. But sometimes it is. Sometimes it feels kinda "psychological" and other times it feels extremely strong, and I have an extreme urge to eat.

Please help me loose this. I hate it, and I don't want to throw away my progress, even if there is not that much due to the little time passed, just because of this annoying feeling.
