This is my first post and unfortunately it’s going to be out of frustration and not happiness over progress.
I started at 262, am a 23 year old female, and am hoping to get below 200. My freshman year of college I lost about 60+ pounds but gained it back and more due to unexpected circumstances.
I’ve been trying to lose weight since January 12th and at first I dropped weight pretty quickly but now I can’t go below 250. I am super confused because I exercise 6 times a week, eat 1600 calories or less (I measure and weigh foods), and drink tons of water daily. For 3 weeks now I’ve weighed in at the 250 range and I can’t understand why. Does anyone have advice? Should I eat less? Exercise more?
Anything helps! I’m incredibly frustrated and each weigh in is killing my motivation.
