How to overcome binging during weekends?

Hi,

So little background. I am college student who lives at dorm most of the week but every weekend I would go home. When I am at my dorm everything is fine and I don't have problem with food and I workout most of the days. But as soon as I get home I eat everything even food I don't like that much. I can't affect what food we have at home and my mom is really good cook and I just can't say no to her food. I binge even if I eat reasonable amout of homecooked meal because as soon as I put food in my mouth (doesn't matter what kind of food) , something in me just snap and I lose control over me and over what I eat. It is the most frustrating thing and I don't now how to stop it and how to say no to binge. If you have some tips I would like you to share them. Also is there anyone who has same problem as me right now?
