At my heaviest, I was 245. I water fasted for multiple 2-3 day periods and got down to 190 stayed at 190 for almost a year and now I’m creeping back up to 205 now. I’ve been starting over every Monday this year and for some reason I can’t stick to the diet this time. My goal weight is 160 and Idc how long it takes but I want to see some progress. How do you get started?
Last time it was easy, I wasn’t working and didn’t have much to do. Now it seems like I have all the excuses. I gotta cook for my bf, my job stresses me out, I’m too tired to go to the gym, I never eat my meal prep cuz it’s “nasty”.
Help! 😩
