Hello! 23 male here, just wanted to share with you my tips for easy change in life to lose weight.
- Unless you have health issues, LOW CARB diet is the way to go. It cuts all the unnecessary calories and you eat actual good calories, such as protein and fats. Low carb diets are very tasty, such as pork and vegetables, fish and vegetables, cheese with cauliflower etc etc you got the idea
- Cut the sugars and sugar drinks as much as possible, replace it with diet drinks or squashes.
- If you really want something to snack, go healthy with a can of tuna and some pickled beetroots or onions.
- If you want a shutter snack, home made popcorn with corn kernels you bought yourself
- Try to do some home exercise, as little as one set of pushups every day or every other day. It will helps with your muscles growth a lot as you probably Don t do much with your muscles except walking.
- If you want to eat some junk, compensate by eating less or eating low calorie throughout the day. Pizza evening? Tuna salad lunch
- If you go extreme on low carb, you go on keto diet. What really goes well with a keto diet? OMAD diet. Basically, you eat at lunch a good proteic and healthy lunch(and tasty). KETO and OMAD have synergy BCS of insulin spikes and ketosis
- If you don't want to hurry with your fat loss, I recommend just low carb diet.
- What I do is skip breakfast , have a good lunch consisting of meat and vegetables , cheese and in the evening I may snack some homemade popcorn or something like I said above, some soup, a can of tuna etc.
