im F(21) and 5’9” and ive been struggling with my weight since high school. my highest weight was 165, which absolutely ruined my self image. ive tried to diet in the past but i would always ruin it a week in by bingeing once and then giving up. i finally downloaded a calorie counting app and im really excited about it! my starting weight is 145, im trying to get down to 125, so 20 pounds. being on this sub for a couple weeks has really changed my perspective of losing weight, ive always been too obsessed with instant gratification to stick to anything. hoping that when i lose this 20 pounds ill be able to post a picture and be proud of myself!
