Hello! I am new to this community and very grateful for the opportunity to learn some new healthy lifestyle skills I have a question I would like to ask of the group in regards to exercise and injuries are usually exercise three or four times a week by going to kickboxing class but now my gym is shut down and I am unable to get in there plus I actually hurt my calf and tore it really badly and I was fearing gaining weight so I did exercise more so I am still in a lot of pain and I’ve been stuck at homeSo I’ve been snacking more I’m really motivated to lose the last of my weight and I’m wondering if you can give me any advice on how to get through this without binge eating or gaining any weight because at this point I don’t think I can do any lower body exercise I really want my calf to heal and in the meantime I’m stuck at home Any advice would be appreciated Stats: Female five foot 8 SW:190 CW:180 GW:150
