I am sick and tired of being lazy and overweight. I always break promises to myself and others. My life is drastically changing because of the virus, so I will make something good come out of it by losing weight.
My plan right now is to try intermittent fasting and only eat from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. I also want to exercise or move somehow for 30 minutes a day. Lastly, I want to be in bed at 10:30 and rise at 7:30.
I will focus on these three habits during quarantine and hopefully come out a healthier person. I am going to post regularly to keep myself accountable and not be on reddit otherwise.
