Major shout out to JumpstartMD which has been an awesome program! I hit a mini plateau, mind you work has been zoom-stressful, so I’ve been holding onto my weight more over the past month. We did one week of intermittent fasting, I lost 2.8 pounds. Then leveled out and stayed. Then this past week - I seriously thought they were nuts - when they said I needed to increase my protein intake. I’m not even hungry, but I need to keep eating protein. It made no sense to me- but I followed it.
- 2 eggs in the morning cooked in butter
- Lox, cream cheese, seaweed wrap for lunch
- Cheese snack
- Chicken or cheese burger for dinner with steamed veggies
- And a never ending glass of water
I’m down 2.5 pounds before my weight in! Ketosis kicked in, my muscles feel good and Even though I feel so so full I still ate my daily min of protein. Even with the Valentine’s Day cheat day!
