Binge eating help

Hi Everyone,

I was wondering if anyone had any advice on overcoming binge eating? It doesn't happen very often but when it does I really go for it - I've had two days this week where I've easily eaten over 4000 calories which when you're only 5'2 adds up real quick. I've tried looking online but all of the advice that I get is around intuitive eating and stopping dieting/restricting intake which is not going to work for me, partly because I want/need to lose weight and also because my binging was way worse before I started holding myself accountable for what I eat. I feel like triggers for binges are being bored or tired or sad and I know that I'm eating for those reasons, I'm even aware that I'm starting on a binge and shouldn't do it but it doesn't seem to make any difference. Sorry for waffling, any advice would be greatly appreciated.
