[Help] I can’t lose weight no matter what I do

I’m 17 5’1” and 154 lbs I’ve been trying to lose weight for years. 2 years ago I managed to lose 10 pounds and I weighed 137 lbs. I was happy with that weight but I still wanted to lose more and never could. Fast forward to the start of quarantine I gained the weight back and some in a month and I felt really discouraged with myself. I tried CICO, keto, OMAD, and I tried to eat as healthy as possible. I also worked out a lot, trying to do so at least 5 times a week. I did things like running, strength training, jump rope, cardio and playing soccer. But it all amounted to nothing and I didn’t get the results I wanted I even gained some lbs if anything. I even tried to take measurements of myself instead of stepping on the scale because muscle weighs more than fat, but nope no improvements. I’ve asked my parents to see a doctor for advice and help if there’s any underlying issues with me but they wont let me. I don’t know what to do and I’m getting desperate, please any advice would help.
