Progress/Accountability

So, I’ve commented a bit on here but this will be my first official post. I hope to post on here at least biweekly about my progress. I’m 26F, 5’7” with CW hovering between 220-225lbs last I checked. I don’t have a scale at home, I’m looking for a good one because the last one I had was faulty. (You could step on it twice in a row and it would differ by pounds.) Before this scale gave out I was weighing in daily first thing in the morning.

My GW is 130 or I’m okay with up to 150 if I look and feel good/ or it’s from muscle gain.

Currently on Lent. Two years ago when I partook in Lent I lost 30lbs and then gained it (and more) right back shortly after. I don’t want that to happen again this time and I need accountability. I’m not Catholic so my Lent is a bit different- I only eat raw foods six days a week and Sundays I will have cooked foods, no meat, limited on cheese/dairy/carbs. On Mondays I do a water fast, and water is my only drink throughout Lent. The only slight exception to this is that in the mornings I drink boiled-ginger water with a teaspoon of sugar. It wakes me up and is effectively my caffeine replacement.

Thanks for being here. All of you. This sun and r/weighlossadvice have been so encouraging.
