I was losing weight like crazy but it suddenly...just...stopped coming off?

I'm still a little shaky on how to add flair so here are my stats: F/28/5’7 [SW: 160 lbs CW: 141 lbs GW: 130 lbs]

I realize this is an INCREDIBLY common problem...but now it's happening to me! Internet, could you please validate me here and share any useful ideas?

After slowly losing around 5 lbs since the start of graduate school, I started Noom on December 30th to speed my losing up. Things started off really well. Over the first 5 or 6 weeks I lost around 8 lbs. Not bad! I'm very happy with my progress. Though it took a few days for me to get in a groove, overall I've been doing a pretty good job sticking to my allotted calories (1200 per day, with a couple hundred more if I get a lot of exercise. I've gone a few hundred calories over maybe....three times since starting? Generally I'm within 50 calories of the goal, which is good enough for me).

However, for the last week or so, I've been completely stuck. I'm eating properly, moving more, drinking lots of water, not eating junk (beyond small servings of frozen yogurt, which I diligently log the calories for) and the scale Will. Not. Budge. I've been stuck right at 141 lbs for a week and it's driving me crazy. I looked through previous days that I've logged and seriously -- nothing has really changed! I get about the same amount of exercise as before, I'm still eating pretty well, and I really am logging all my calories. I'm very careful and I don't nibble. I also cook almost all of my meals and they're super healthy -- roasted squash, oatmeal, eggs, etc. No fast food and very little takeout.

What am I doing wrong? Should I stop logging my exercise so that I don't "get more calories" for the day? Should I COMPLETELY eliminate treats, even my precious frozen yogurt? 1200 is a VERY small amount of calories and I'm already having a hard time adhering to such a low limit. I'm really hesitant to stop eating 1300-1400 calories on days when I bike commute and do my normal cardio exercise.
