Hello, I’m new here. I was thin my entire life- I was actually a ballerina until 21 but by 24 I was 30lbs heavier and now I have reached my biggest. I’m 5’3 and 200lbs. I know my friends and family said it’s not big but I don’t feel well. I feel sick, and my body hurts and the skin between my thighs hurts from rubbing and my arm skin feels sore and like I’m breaking through it. The problem is I don’t actually know how to lose weight. I have never exercised before aside from ballet and training and I have never dieted. My husband is no help and co at a toy brings home fast food and never wants to try to work out so I am going this alone. Any kind of help, encouragement and guidance would be super appreciated.
