Is it normal for exercise to make your weight and body fat% jump up the next day

So i weigh myself in the morning the same time all the time after i go to the toilet i never exercise much and my weight around the morning has always been 0.4-0.5kg fluctuation over 6 months with my body fat % being 33 to 34%

I did exercise last night for the first time in months an hour of cardio then weights and this morning my body fat is up to 35% (new record) and my weight has fluctuated up 1kg instead or the normal 0.5-1kg

I was eating in a deficit also.

Is there some reason exercise makes your Body fat % go up and weight? normally i wouldn't think much but this is way bigger than the normal fluctuation and the only difference is i did high intensity exercise the night before.

it confuses me because i thought if your weight goes up even during fluctuation your body fat % should go down not both going up?
