Friend seems jealous of weightloss worried it is causing a division.

I have always been the fat friend. I'm about 5 inches taller than her, so weight carries differently than mine. I also very busty compared to her. At my heaviest I was 285 pounds, and at that time she was around 150-160. I have been finally losing weight due to a physically demanding job as well as living on my own. I have lost around 40-50 pounds, I don't check the scale anymore. We both had eating disorders in highschool and traded them in for a binge eating disorder. She is now pushing 200 so with that we are currently the same clothing size, and I can't really talk to her about my weightloss without her getting upset. She's my best friend and I can't talk about my accomplishments. I do understand why she gets upset, I was the same way for a long time. It just hurts that she is the one person I talk to about everything but lately I really can't talk to her about it. She hasn't flat out said to not talk to her about it, but when we hang out I can tell it bugs her that I'm able to do more physical stuff and eat less than her. I am worried with more weight I lose, the more strain we will have on our relationship.

I'm wondering if this is something I should just avoid talking to her about, and try to reach out to others, aka just posting to subreddits. I know nothing I can do can help her lose weight, cuz she will just stop eating and working out too much, only to binge and gain it back, or gain more. I know I'm not qualified to help her, I just also don't want to do more damage.
