It's been a little over a month and I'm so proud of myself, I'm officially out of the 260s. I know I still have a long way to go to my goal but I was in utter shock when I stepped on the scale today. I'm absolutely in love with this feeling. Some days have been tough and it's been a work in progress but I think I've finally found a routine that works for me and it's been paying off. I know it's small but I just had to share this with you all. I come here and I see so many of you on your journeys and it gives me so much motivation! Thank you and I'll keep grinding to my goal weight and all the small milestones along the way.
