Hello,
For the last 3 months I’ve been making an effort to eat healthier and exercise to lose weight. Lots of fruits and vegetables, protein, about 13-1400 calories per day.
My issue is, whenever I eat “junk” now, I almost immediately get diarrhea (sorry TMI). I’ve gone about a month without any takeout, so last night I ordered dominos. I got thin crust, I didn’t pig out (ate 3 slices so it fit into my daily calories) and BOOM, my stomach is all messed up.
I’ve noticed this has happened before - a can of coke, a hamburger from McDonald’s, some chocolate - all of a sudden, makes me violently ill.
Prior to this my stomach wasn’t sensitive in the slightest. I ate tons of crap, I could’ve eaten the entire Taco Bell menu without so much as a tummy rumble. Now? A slice of pizza sends me straight to the toilet.
I’m really concerned because to me this feels like I’ll never again be able to enjoy a meal out with friends, or a fun snack or whatever without having GI issues.
Has this happened to anyone else?
