What do you do when you get a large influx of food as a gift?

I just got gifted a good amount of snack food (probably 4,000 Cals worth or so), and I don’t know what to do. I’m someone who loves to snack, and will eat an entire box of cookies in a sitting. It’s something I’ve learned to cope with and I’ve realized I won’t change, so whenever I buy snacks I buy the small amounts so I can’t overdo it. But now I have all these snacks and I’ve already eaten a lot of them. I’ve been trying to lose weight now for a little while and am pretty close to my goal (I’ve gone from 180 to 165 and my goal is 160). I’m afraid eating all this will ruin me and set me back a few weeks, but at the same time I can’t stop eating it. What do you guys do?
