Remember to adjust your activity level!

Many people are out of work currently, if not stuck at home entirely, which means that they are likely going to be more sedentary than normal.

People often overestimate their activity level, which leads their trackers to overestimate the amount of calories they can eat in order to still lose weight. This is going to be more of a challenge for you if your daily routine has changed.

Make sure you adjust for the decrease in activity! Yes, it's going to suck being stuck at home, bored, and hungry, but there is no reason for you to not be able to make progress during this time.

Be conscious and honest with yourself about what you're doing, so you can continue to be successful.
