Really bad heartburn eating healthy?

I had a diet of burritos, chips, and popsicles basically. I calculated how many calories I was eating in a day, and I discovered in horror that I was eating 6k calories a day. I forced myself to stop buying burritos, chips, and popsicles, and forced myself to eat normally, and about 1,500 calories instead of 6k. I'm 5'1, and was 198, and within three days I became 188 due to the significant drop, even though I'm not exercising. But I've also noticed that I have insanely harsh heartburn now, to where my stomach is in great pain and it feels like I can't breathe. I have had heartburn problems before, so I'm not eating tomatoes or lemon or other triggers that cause heartburn for me, and yet this is still happening. I got upset and bought the burritos and ate 3k calories in one meal, and suddenly I feel so much better, no heartburn at all. Wondering how I go about this, because I know that 6k calories for 5'1 and sedentary lifestyle is Not good for me, but I also don't want heartburn either. Any pointers would be appreciated, id love to continue losing weight and get to a healthy 140 ^
