- Thus if you've been seeing phantom weight gain in the last few weeks, it might be stress induced.
My overarching point is, just stick to your game plan. You're still losing fat even if your scales aren't showcasing that.

- Write down your feelings.
- Breath Control Techniques.
- Meditation/Yoga.
