Ngl overweight (large/xl) and trying to get down to a s/m. 19. F.

So long term lurker bc im fucking shy and a mess but I do want help so here goesz

I'm a 19yr college student and i'm currently around 170lbs.

I'm 5"4 and I want to get down to around 125-130lbs.

I honestly am shit at working out so im not sure how much itd help.

I have managed to lose a bit of weight over summer- was 180-190lbs.

I struggle with calories and moderation.

Ive tried to do calorie limit but honestly awful at tracking and if I do manage to stay under, I overeat the next day.

A lot of my overeating and weight gain is from how i'll depress eat. Often I'll just eat because I dont care abt myself or life or anything but at the same time, I care a lot and I really really want to be slim and small.

I've been thinking of something like 2 liquids (shakes/soup/etc) for breakfast/lunch and one solid for dinner?

honestly unsure bc I usually only eat one meal a day for the most part. I snack a little bit never pigging out THAT much on snacks.

Feels like i'll never get anywhere sometimes.

Any advice would help.
