Hey guys after I graduated college about 2 years ago I was weighing about 450 pounds. Now I weigh 413. I didn’t really diet during those two years that I lost the weight but I worked out a lot and ate relatively healthy foods with the occasional “junk food” here and there. Now I’ve sort of hit a plateau and want to start keeping track of what I eat to count calories. I want to know what formula to use to determine how many calories I should consume daily to achieve my 1st goal weight of 300 pounds. I say 1st goal because I have other goals but that is my first one. Also, this is something I know doesn’t happen over night so I know it takes time and discipline. A friend told me to simply take what my goal weight is and multiply it by 12. 3600 calories seems like a lot to me but then again I could be wrong so I’ve come to you guys to seek advice. Thanks
