Loosing weight without checking the scales

Ive been trying to loose weight for about 4 months now and I'm currently at the lowest weight I've been for a while, 5:7, around 155 pounds, 21f. I've got a huge sweet tooth and although I don't over eat alot of my daily calorie allowance goes on sweets so I want to be able to input my food to see how much fats/ sugars I'm eating.

I've been trying to follow some diet plans and apps to help me lose the last 20 or so pounds. However I'm in recovery for an ED and I don't weigh myself and all of these apps want you to input starting and goal weight, plus it's really hard to find motivation when you struggle to see/ feel a difference. I'm a college student and dress in oversized jumpers and leggings so I rarely feel a difference in the fit of my clothes. I'm wondering if anyone has any good apps that don't require weight input and/ or any tips to stay motivated without checking the scales

Thanks
