I’m 19f and 5’6”/116 lbs so I’m definitely not trying to lose any more weight but I’ve been planning on getting more physically fit and transitioning to a healthier lifestyle food-wise.
However, due to recent events I’ve been sent home from university and so far it’s been pretty hard to not overeat out of pure boredom. I’ve always hated being at home during breaks because I lose all motivation very easily, but usually I would at least work out daily and go places. Now all of that not possible. I’ve been trying to keep to 1400-1500 daily since my TDEE is pretty low and I’m barely doing anything, but it’s really really hard. If anyone is going through anything similar or has advice please let me know because otherwise it’ll be a long few months.
