I live in the uk, looks like along with the rest of the world we are about to close down for a while, I've always been a bit overweight (M 240 pounds 6"4 ) but always done a lot of exercise alongside that to stay fit, now I'm worried that without being able to do all that exercise (squash, football, etc) I'm gonna become grossly unhealthy, and become the big man my body has always wanted me to be. I know how to eat healthy and will be working on the self control that stops me from doing that myself, what I'm looking for is an intense daily workout routine that requires little or no equipment that I can do in a smallish space to go along with some jogging that I can get behind and will not only stop me getting bigger but will mean I can turn this into a positive and come out fitter/stronger than I go in, any advice is welcome
