Lamenting on things

Hi, I'm a 17 yr. old Male, 5'10 and 260.

this first part will sort of be like a vent.

I started my weight loss journey about a month ago, and then, the corona quarantine hits. I lost about 10 pounds within that month and I gained them back. I've just been really unmotivated to workout at home because I can't seem to find any benefit as I did when I was hitting the gym. I also can't diet properly since I snack way too much now since I'm at home. I want to hit my goal of 160 before college and I was in a fairly good place. Not I've lost progress because I can't do things how I want to.

Tl:Dr

What are some ways that i can work out at home that will be efficient? I'm trying to do HIIT at home, with no equipment.

What are the ways that I can stop myself from overeating/diet properly? I get urges to just eat and I don't know what I could do about them.
