It is difficult to keep up the motivation when you are not able to see results

SW: 235lb (107kg) CW: 229lb (104kg) GW: 132lb (60kg) I (24/F) started my journey on 14th of January. This is not the first time. I've always been obese, as a child, and have gone on and off diets, exercise, the whole shebang. The last time, I went from 104kg, to 88kg in a matter of 5-6 months, with minimal exercise and calorie control. That was my lowest weight in the last 6 years. Over the course of 5 years I regained all the weight, and this time round I started with calorie counting (1350-1500/day) and exercise ( cardio+strength). I have been pretty consistent, with one hour exercise 6-7days/week, and switching over to healthy foods, cutting out sugar, junk food everything. It's been around two months and I have barely seen any results. It's very demotivating, knowing I'm working hard and in earnest this time around.
