is this a good start?

hi i’m trying to lose weight but it’s really hard for me because i have sensory issues which make it hard for me to eat certain foods because the texture. so i’m starting to slowly better myself with not constantly eating bad.

ill give some examples: i don’t overeat to the point i have a stomach ache, i’m eating way less snacks and eating healthier snacks when i want a snack, when i watch a show i don’t get a bowl of icecream anymore i just don’t eat during it, i’m not eating late late at night before sleep, and i’m trying to quit soda.

yes it’s slow small stuff but i think it’s good? i don’t think ill lose weight doing this but i’ll start doing more and stuff in a little bit, it’s just hard to because i always push it off!!
