I went from 350 pounds to 138 then gained back up to 154, now I’m trying to cut back down to around 145. I’m a 5’10 19 year old male by the way.
Since my city is going no contact, I’m stuck with my only exercise equipment being an elliptical, a jump rope, and a pull up bar. I’d like to get more toned as I slim down and gain at least some strength.
So far I’m thinking of doing 3 sets of 20 push ups a day, 3 sets of 5 pull ups, and lightly jogging 2-3 miles on the elliptical while eating 2000 calories a day with 100g of protein.
I can’t really lower my calories below 2000 for medical reasons, so that’s where I think my program is behind everyone else’s.
