So it is maybe stupid, but my little dream of getting a Nobel prize in literature got destroyed when I learned that you need to be kinda old to receive it (you do not HAVE to but its kind of a tradition). I figured that by my current lifestyle and weight I am not going to get there so despite it being a stupid reason I decided to completely change my lifestyle.
Almost four weeks ago I just woke up an hour earlier than usual and made my first breakfast in my life I also started morning exercise and made food to eat through the day (I had usually eaten once maybe twice in a two days span.)
The most important part is that I completely cut all of the sugars I consumed. So instead of 0.5l of Monster Energy and a bottle of coca-cola, I went cold turkey and started to drink coffee and water. The hardest part was to overcome my love to beer, and even that I haven't had since I started (when we drink with friends I drink Whiskey with ice instead.)
So after some calculations, I figured I got from 5000+ Kcal to . . . 2000-2500 a day. Which should be okay to lose some weight when one has 150+kg.
So my question is, whether it is normal to be completely the same on a scale as I was when I started or if you think that there is some sort of mistake here. I was thinking that my body might still be recovering from that huge change (and boy was I tired without the sugar) but I am not sure anymore.
The only other reason might be that school completely ruined my sleep schedule and if I was lucky I got like 3hours of sleep and now, even in quarantine without school I can not sleep much longer that "what I am used to"
So this is my case.
Thank you for reading all the way down here :)
Have a wonderful rest of the day :)
Also, I am sorry if my English hurts your eyes :/ :)
