I use to be in pretty good shame then I my knee got injured and I gained a lot of weight, I am 5 feet 9 Inch tall and weigh almost 88 kg, from last two weeks I am exercising again and not seeing any weight loss, although i feel more energetic and overall light the weight is not going down.
I go to gym every day for weight training for one and half hour and I do cycling for one hour 5 times a week. Also I eat clean homemade food 6 times a week no meat, I drink protein shake and try to eat high protein vegetarian food with eggs sometimes. But i really like to party on Saturday night and I drink and eat meat will it hurt my weight loss.
