I`m a 15 year old female athlete and recently (~the last 2 weeks) i`ve gained almost 10kg. Although i`m exercising everyday the weight just keeps on rising. Maybe this is because i now need to do individual training instead like usual with my coach but this is effecting my training and i don`t really know what to do. (for those wondering i`m ~177cm and ~68kg but around 2 weeks ago i was only ~60-62kg)
I was wondering if there was a diet or something else i can try to lose this unnecessary weight (and stop gaining more) while still having enough energy to work out.
