So as the title says, I'm losing weight due to stress. I'm going through an extremely stressful period in my life at the moment and due to it I am dropping weight quite fast. I noticed a change in appearance first, my cheeks were way slimmer and my stomach and ass were smaller. Because of this change I weighed myself. I had dropped 5 kg (12 lbs) in almost a month. I went from 68 kg (150 lbs) to 63 kg (138 lbs). I lost fat in my stomach and thigh/ass area and I don't actually like it. Sure having a flat stomach is amazing, but I took pride in my curvier bottom.
To compensate for the loss I've been eating more to try and gain, but I'm still losing. I had been trying to lose weight, but wanted to do so healthily. Now that I've lost it I don't like it. I liked the way I looked before better despite being less healthy. Maybe it's just that I haven't gotten accustomed to this rapid change.
So, yes I do want to lose weight, but I want to do so healthily. This doesn't feel right and I don't like the changes. What can I do to gain weight?
