I'm a female, 5 foot 2 inches, 112 lbs, 19 y/o. I'm at a healthy weight, but I am in horrible shape. I can't do a push-up, and can barely do a sit-up. I barely move my body -- a brisk walk every other day, 10 minute workout videos occasionally, and walking from classes is all I do. I have basically no muscle. I don't have a flat stomach and I can see fat on my legs. I am very unhappy with my lifestyle, and I want to make a change now that I have more time because my school closed.
I'm looking for good exercises I can start out with, and I'm curious if I should just be exercizing or dieting also. Thanks in advance
