hey all, i need to lose 100lbs by April 2021. is it possible?
i met this girl and she's honestly incredible. she's at least 100 light years out of my league but she makes me want to better myself in ways that i couldn't do alone. i know losing weight falls down to dedication and there's no cheat codes, but i need some help finding a way that could help me find the best way to achieve my goals.
i struggle with depression & anxiety like a lot of people, and i have a tendency to not care about myself. i'm 20, 6"0 and about 290. i'll have episodes of where i'll only eat 200 calories a day for days on end because i'll get so upset about my self image. (therapy isn't an option for me as i don't have the money for that.) do you think it's possible to lose 100lbs by April 2021? we haven't met yet as she's in school out of state but i told her that i'd come see her for her bday. (was going to try for this April but not sure with this whole pandemic going on but this just gives me time to work on myself so i can look good not only for myself, but for her too.)
i already have MFP, and i try my hardest to count my calories but lately i've been failing and binge eating a bunch of junk with the stress of what's going on in the world. i also have the food palate of a 6 year old boy so a lot of plant based diets won't work for me because i just can't stomach a lot of that stuff. i personally think IF would be great for me, but do you guys know of any really basic, easy dinners i can make? something you would feed a kid.
thank you for any input, and i hope everyone stays safe and clean during this global issue going on. i know some of you may also be worried about things and that may have an effect on your journey, but don't let up! i have faith in everyone :]
