I'm 18, 163cm tall and currently weight 83 kg. In November 2019 I started my weightloss journey at 90kg.
A few months have passed and I lost the weight gradually. If I followed a much more strict plan I would have lost a lot more, but I like it this way because it's sustainable.
I made some big changes in my diet and activity. I got so used to my new habits and my current weight that I forgot that I ever weighted 90 kg. I legit forgot. I thought that I started my journey at 86 kg and then I saw the start of my journal where it says "90 kg".
I would think "I feel so gross, I'm so big" but forget that I was bigger than now and that 7kg isn't so little.
Yasterday I had a pretty bad day where I let myself loose and ate a lot of sweets but now when I revisit what I ate, I see that it's still less food than what I would eat a few months before now.
It may not feel like you are progressing but you should remember what you started with.
