I feel like I just negated a months worth of dieting.

I recently dropped from 161 to 148 in about a month of strict dieting (keto and intermittent fasting with a few one day fasts thrown in there). Probably half was water weight. I kept my strength and felt fine throughout the cut until the last day where I felt like my adrenaline went through the roof and I couldn't sleep.

I decided to take a break week and I feel like I've just screwed everything. On my first day, I ate 8000 calories. Second day, 3500, and today, 3700. My maintenance is about 2000, maybe 2100 to 2200 with lifting weights. I've shot back up to 158 lbs, and when calculating the calories I cut during the month and the calories I've eaten in the past few days, it seems like I'm just breaking even now. Did I really just negate a whole month of trying to lose weight?!
