I'm 18F, and weigh 5'2" and am around 10.5st (according to NHS BMI I'm overweight).
I've tried using calorie counting apps before but find them confusing and never stick to them. I have ADHD so that could be a factor around why I hate calorie counting (attention) and my weight in general. I'm an impulsive eater and I find myself buying some sort of unhealthy food most days, then snacking a lot when I get home. I also stress eat, and that's why my weight has gone up so much in two years.
I find it hard to exercise because of a coordination disorder (dyspraxia) but I like going on long walks and try to walk everywhere and take the stairs.
While I don't hate my body, I'd like to lose weight while it's still easyish to do so. Does anyone have any ideas?
